Levant is an area located in the eastern Mediterranean region of west Asia. This region is known for its rich cuisines & wide selection of dishes ranging from BBQ’s to cooking & also baking, while using a wide range of different spices in cooking & baking which is something popular in this part of the word. In addition, pure olive oil & fresh vegetables are widely used in most of cuisines At Winnibakes we have brought to you the authentic taste of the Levant and present it in a different way to Canadians at a cozy place. You can enjoy a fresh bite of our famous thyme or beef round flat bread with a cup of tea or our different special types of coffee.
